X-rays - X-rays are a vital part of the diagnosis of dental health. X-rays are taken to gain information that cannot be seen visually in the mouth.

Oral Cancer Screens - Oral cancer screenings are performed regularly. We screen for lumps, bumps, and lesions.

Extractions - Extractions are the process of removing a tooth or part of a tooth. This is done if the tooth is non-restorable. The removal of third molars are routinely referred to an oral surgeon.

Root Canal Therapy - Root canal therapy is performed when the decay reaches the pulp or a tooth becomes abscessed. Root canal therapy is performed to clean out the infected tooth pulp and disinfect the canals of the tooth. Once the pulp is removed, the canals are filled. Some root canal therapy may need to be referred to a specialist.

Periodontal Disease Treatment - Periodontal disease is inflammation of the gums that can lead to bone loss. The treatment involves cleaning under the gums known as root planing. If left untreated, periodontal disease can lead to bone loss and extractions.

Fillings - Fillings are placed in teeth once the decay has been removed. Fillings can be either composite, which is tooth colored, or amalgam which is silver.

Crowns - Crowns are a full coverage restoration. Crowns are placed when a tooth is broken or decayed and cannot be restored with a filling. Crowns are also placed once a tooth has had a root canal to prevent the tooth from breaking.

Implant Crowns - Implant crowns are a permanent restoration that are usually screw retained into the implant after surgically being placed by a specialist.

Bridges - Bridges are an option to fill the space of a missing tooth. A bridge is a permanent restoration that is stabilized by the surrounding teeth.

Dentures - Dentures are a removable appliance that replaces all of the natural teeth.

Partial Dentures – Partial dentures are a removable appliance that replaces some of the natural teeth.

Veneers - A veneer is a thin covering of the front of the tooth constructed of a tooth colored material used to restore damaged, discolored or misaligned teeth.
